I am able to draw upon a wide range of skills obtained through different work experiences in the private sector (KPMG, Lufthansa), international organizations (OECD, GIZ, UNU WIDER), the public sector (Gov't of Namibia) and academic research (University of Sussex, LSE, Harvard University). I developed the skills needed to lead and carry out projects in the area of policy research and advice, policy impact assessments, or monitoring and evaluation frameworks. I possess quantitative and qualitative research skills as well as the ability to write for policy, civil society, or academic audiences. I particularly focus on matters of inequality in the global South linked to social policy design, diversity and inclusion practices, and dynamic livelihoods and informal welfare.
