Developed M&E System for the FAO Project according to the guideline of USAID. Conducted Baseline of the Project and generated a report. Provided training on Key Performance Indicators for 35 Officials of the MoEF
Developed M&E system involving all levels of stakeholders considering Feed the Future (FtF) indicators for CSISA-MI Project. Apart this developed Monitoring Result Measurement system for qualitative assessment. Provided training to Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and 60 Field staffs to build up their capacity on M&E.
Skilled in documenting learning of the Project and dispatch to the audiences as well and experience on accountability to stakeholders.
Prepared 4 Baseline Report for the Pourashava of Coastal Towns Environmental Infrastructure Project (CTEIP) Project of LGED Bangladesh.
