- Led successful negotiation with Government of Nigeria to waive expatriate quota policy for AMSCO (2017)
- Led successful negotiations of cooperation framework agreements with governments in Cameroun, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria and Zambia (2016/17)
- Led successful resolution of 3 year-old impasse with Government of Uganda leading to continued recognition of AMSCO’s operational privileges (2014)
- AMSCO’s operations in Kenya received recognition from Government following very positive independent evaluation of AMSCO’s impact over preceding 4 years (2013)
- Successful resolution of 8 year-old impasse with Government of Kenya leading to continued recognition of AMSCO’s operational privileges (2009)
- Led successful negotiation for AMSCO’s re-entry into Madagascar as part of the resolution of a 6 year-old impasse with the Government (2008)

Operational:
- Teams supervised or managed by me exceeded Total Revenue and Net Profit targets each year from 2008 to 2017 (2017)
- Turned AMSCO East Africa from the Group’s worst performer in 2006 to top performer in terms of bottom-line growth, staff efficiency (measured by Net Profit per employee) and staff satisfaction (2014)
- Grew Revenue by 11.1% and my team’s Net Profit by 23.5% in first full year with AMSCO, despite ongoing impasse with Government of Kenya (2007)
- Grew Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Ltd’s revenue from derivatives by 4,100% within 6 months of joining the bank (2005)
