I have acquired competence in several areas including but not limited to: Organisational Development, Managing a full Affiliate Programme for over 8 years which involved planning and implementing Programmes directly and through National Civil Society Organisations and Community Based Organisations; development of short/long term strategic and operational plans; fundraising (proposal development) and grants management; developing and leading Change Management plans nationally and internationally; Policy and Advocacy at National and International level, financial and human resources management.
Education:
I have a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Biology and professional leadership certificates from Harvard Kennedy School and Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) in the United States of America. Short Term Professional Courses on:
