Working as a Business Process Specialist, I focus on creating and implementing new processes throughout our Risk and Operations teams. My goal is to make the customer's experience efficient and satisfying, and I help Wells Fargo achieve that goal by ensuring the customer's money and time is being processed in the most simple way. I have changed and created 15 process updates for the organization in my 14 months in this role, saving our teams hours of unnecessary work.
