Professional Experience: |
For the past 7 years, I have worked in the development and humanitarian sectors in East Africa, Asia and the Pacific with a focus on sanitation, hygiene and community health.
I have significant experience in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community health and WASH projects in both humanitarian and development contexts. I also have experience with operational field-based research including quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
Specific areas where I have experience are Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM), communicable disease outbreaks (Hepatitis E, ebola) and community based sanitation and hygiene projects (including CLTS, PHAST, other participatory approaches).

Education: |
I hold a Masters in Science (Public Health) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, with a focus on health promotion and behaviour change, quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, and epidemiology.
I completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Natural Resources/Environmental) in 2007, from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
I am a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), which I gained from the Project Management Institute in 2012.
