Professional Experience:

• • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the design of the MI program strategies (WASH, GBV, FNS) and plans, including the development of resource mobilization strategies in support to the Country Coordinator, program and external actors related intelligence gathering and positioning to attract funding for new projects
• • Lead high quality project and activity design, including the planning phase and set up of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) systems jointly with the technical support team
• • Ensure effective MEAL systems including accountability and learning mechanisms are in place, with regular dissemination of strategic information to senior management team and other relevant staff to drive learning and improve program quality
• • Oversight of country program plans as per grant agreements, arranging proposal narrative and logical frameworks and ensuring adherence to international (SPHERE, IASC, CHS) and national standards in coordination with the sectoral teams
• • Lead on partnership engagements and manage and develop existing partnerships and anticipated partnerships, including the identification of new partners, agreement management and oversight, capacity building and strategies on improving partnerships
