For years I have been working in Sales Dept. (in the classic career up to sales director) and in Human Resources Dept. (first within companies and then as a consultant, trainer and coach). In both areas, I got results and satisfaction because I worked with great passion and because to me human beings have always been at the center. A few years ago, however, I realized that all the things I had were not enough. I have been searching for meaning until I found my treasure, an extraordinary inner love and strength in Africa, where I can make better use of my talents, among my “daily teachers”, the people living at the Base of the Pyramid. That is why I started at first two small agribusinesses in Kenya and Tanzania, and then co-founded and managed as CEO the Social Enterprise Kuliko Ltd. We make childbirth safer in Tanzania by empowering low-income mothers and fathers with specific education, help desk assistance and affordable birth equipment (MamaKit)
