Professional Experience:
A Professional NGO Project Director/Program Director, who has been overseeing international development programs, focused primarily on HIV prevention, care and support and health issues that affect women and children in Botswana, a country in Southern Africa with one of the highest HIV prevalence rates in the world. A US citizen and graduate of Columbia University with a Master of Science in Social Work, has worked for over seven years in Botswana supporting local, national and international partners in this important task. Core competencies include grants management and assistance,technical assistance to international grantees,mentoring, coaching and training, monitoring and evaluation, development of a strong NGO network,facilitating collaboration between local NGOs and Governments of US and Botswana, project documentation and tools development, USG and PEPFAR rules and requirements, staff and budget, management.
