1. Over 20 years experience working with the nonprofit sector in Eastern and Southern Africa at senior management level. 2. Designed and managed projects on empowering women and small holder farmers in the rice, maize and cotton value chain. 3. Successfully designed and managed community programs aimed at empowering voluntary health workers to improve maternal and child health outcomes. 4. Successfully initiated and managed various partnership agreements, donors such as Ford Foundation, Forum syd, Comic Relief,Agakhan Foundation, DANIDA, DFID, local Government authorities, commercial private companies, academia, communities, youth organizations and women's organization. 5. 15+ years of experience establishing gender responsive policies, systems, structures and interventions. 6. practical experience developing critical partnerships, managing teams, supervising program staff at the grass roots level. 7. knowledgeable about challenges encountered inspiring communities towards wealth creation & recovery from post conflict trauma. 8. excellent writing and communication skills, public speaker evident in the various funding proposals, reports and speaking engagements. 9. skilled in curriculum design, performance needs assessment, people management and an energetic and creative trainer & facilitator. 10. high sense of maturity, hardworker, tolerant and resilient to work in a fast paced cross/multi cultural setting. 11. self driven, good listener, respectful and a continuous learner evident in my search for new knowledge & solutions. 12. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social sciences, a certificate in Training Management, a Masters degree in development management and a Masters degree in Public health leadership.

Member of the Safe motherhood – Uganda chapter. 4. Member of the International Resource mobilisation network – Uganda Chapter 5. Board member of the Training Advisory Board at the MS Training Center for Development cooperation (MSTCDC) in Arusha, Tanzania (1998 – 2000). 6. Vice Chairperson for the Executive committee of Mwelekeo Wa Maendeleo (MWENGO) Harare, Zimbabwe. (2001 – 2003). 7. Acting Executive Secretary for DENIVA (June – December 2003). 8. Board member for Coach Africa; Uganda ( 2010 to date) 9. Member of the International Leadership Association (ILA; USA).
