Senior Manager with strong experience in Project Management, Team Management, QA/QC and Construction Supervision for various civil engineering projects like road construction and maintenance, road structure, railway, buildings and municipal infrastructures.
Corporative Management responsibilities began in 1991 as Regional Manager and followed by Branch Manager and Executive Manager. Believe in people (training and coaching), team building (respect, communication), performance (cost-effectiveness, accountability) and continuous improvement.
Multilingual (French, English and Spanish), cumulates various experiences in developing countries (Team Leader, Advisor, Expert, Consultant, Executive Manager, Representative) with missions since 1998 in Venezuela, Peru, Algeria and Dominican Republic followed by permanent assignment since 2006 in Algeria, Chile, Peru and present mission in Papua New-Guinea.
