(a)In Air Force (1977 to 2008)
Experience in training, capacity building and disaster management as Senior Logistics Officer.
Diplomatic Experience of 4 years as Second Secretary, Embassy of India, Moscow in Office of Air Attache coordinating and monitoring training of Indian Air Force Personnel in Russian Military Academies.
Experience as Chief Instructor at Air Force Administrative College, Coimbatore, monitoring training of Officer Trainees in administration and logistics.
Experience as Commanding Officer of an Air Force Liaison Unit interacting with public enterprises.
(b)In Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India (2010 to 2015)
Experience as Project Director of Rs. 200 Crore (Approx US$ 33m) Project on “Strengthening of Fire & Emergency Services in the Country” which included training of 100 Master Trainers and more than 1000 fire service personnel and procurement of capital items like fire fighting vehicles and specialized equipment for capacity building. Project successfully completed in 2015.
Presently, handling Training Intervention Scheme in Bureau of Police Research & Development Department, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India for upgrading capabilities, skills and attitude of police personnel of the country.
