2014 – Present: Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist– Chief of M&E Department
USAID's Food and Enterprise Development Program for Liberia (FED) - Monrovia, LIBERIA
As the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Knowledge Management Manager of the USAID’s Food and Enterprise Development (154 local + expats staff) I have:
• Developed an M&E System developed within the four USAID FED County Offices in Grand Bassa, Bong, Nimba and Lofa and, to be able to use appropriated indicators to track/report monthly, quarterly and annually on the changes on the USAID FED Programmes implementation.
• Developed one Programme Management Plan (PMP) for the Fiscal Year 2014 and, 02 PMPs designed for the fiscal years 2015 and the up-coming 2016 and approved by the USAID Country Office.
• Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of Market Development Funds (MDF) programs as appropriate, in adherence with USAID and DAI accountability standards.
• Designed a template for two Annual Work plans (AWPs) for the Fiscal Years 2015 and 2016 and approved by the USAID Country Office.
• Provided technical support for two Annual Reports (ARs) developed for the Fiscal Years 2014 and 2015 and approved by the USAID Country Office.
• Coordinate data for 19 Monthly Reports and 06 Quarterly Reports including evidence based information and approved by the USAID Country office.
• Assessed and developed Capacity of USAID FED and Government staff in Strategic planning using RBM, WBS, Problems/Solutions trees, etc
• Developed Capacity of USAID FED and Government staff in M&E systems design and implementation including, routine/secondary data collection methods, management and evidence based reporting strategies
• Ensure that market assessments are conducted to determine the appropriate approach to delivering assistance, including in-kind or embedded- cash, vouchers and/or local market chain interventions for sub-contractors after technical review.
• Developed Capacity of USAID FED and Government staff in field Survey Research Methods including study concept notes development, statistical sampling methods, questionnaires design, field data collection and evidence based policy making strategies.
• Developed An web deployed database to be gathering data from the four USAID FED counties to be accessed from Monrovia office and elsewhere including the 26 most FTF and costumed pertinent indicators which are used to track changes of USAID FED Programme
• Conducted a Rapid Rural Appraisal study and a final version of the report well appreciated by the GoL and USAID
