I have an eight-year financial management experience working at a bank in Ghana. Since enrolling in graduate school, I have gathered international development experience in program development and management with UNICEF Headquarters in New York, worked with African Community Education(ACE) an after-school program targeted at refugees living in the United States, and I have also worked with Greater Worcester Community Foundation, specifically on youth development and empowerment projects (Youth for Community Development, YCI) and community research on improvements in education.
