- Make an overall assessment of Implementing partners capacity -Provide technical support to the strengthening and sustainability of the Reproductive health supply chain and logistics management -Contribute in development and formulation of action plan and strategies for the Health system at intermediate and operational level for Reproductive health and commodity security matter (RHCS) -Ensure technical support to MoH (District), hospitals and health centers in product selection; and forescasting serving customers and reporting in RH commodities -Ensure monitoring and evaluation with governmental partners in RHCS -Identify need of and support training for MoH’s staff in RHCS -Facilitate effective partnership for collaboration, dialogue on Reproductive Health and RHCS with donors, civil society and government -Provide evidence-based information for advocacy in commodity management and logistic within the framework of RHCS -Improvement in Availability of Health Products, Reduction of product wastage through redeployments to other health structure -Improve and develop capacities in accurate and timely Quantification projecting processes (Forecasting and Supply Planning) -Facilitate local capacity to improve systems for commodity disbursement to local, PHC levels -Ensure to Distribute and monitor the use of the SOPs at all health system levels of the supply chain in accordance with agreements by MOH -support MOH staff to improve logistics information system for decision-making and stock quantification and forecasting
