Proven track record of 10 years in the field of peace, security and development co-operation. Competent in designing and managing conflict early warning & early response systems, facilitating conflict sensitive development approaches and designing peace-building initiatives. Well-grounded and experienced in the operations of the Africa Peace and Security Architecture (APSA) and implementation of Conflict Structural Vulnerability Assessments (CSVAs) in African Member States. Skilled in conflict analysis, political reporting, participatory action and research, mediation support initiatives and support to democratic and governance processes on a multi-track level through working with a range of actors that include International Agencies, Regional Organisations, National Governments and Civil Society Organisations. Some of the organisation I have worked for include the German Technical Co-operation, Freidrich Ebert Stiftung, Danish Church Aid ( in Zambia); Center for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation ( in South Africa & SADC Member Countries); German International Co-operation ( in Kenya) and COMESA covering its 19 African Member States. A Certified Peace and Conflict Consultant and an Expert on Africa. I posses strong communication and inter-cultural competences.

Holder of Two (2) Masters Degree in Peace and Security Studies from the Universities of Nairobi and Addis Ababa respectively; and an International Post-Graduate Diploma in Peace and Security in Africa from Uppsala University (Sweden). A certified Peace and Conflict Consultant from the Academy for Conflict-Transformation (Germany). Finally, I hold a BA in Education and Certificate in Planning Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zambia.
