Master thesis on Sex frequency and relationship duration: the role of age and partner constellation. Findings from the Sexpert-study, a Flemish population-based survey into sexual health.
Worked on project involving repeated measures over time using model building techniques for clustered and longitudinal data.
Dealing with fixed as well as random measurement times.
Worked on project building models and creating reports on categorical data with binary response variable using logistic regression.
Report on project involving categorical data using proportional odds model.
Report on project involving modelling data with count response and rates using Poisson models regression (including Zero-inflated and hurdle models).
Worked on project involving model building, model diagnosis and reporting results using multiple linear regression with continuous response variable.
Correcting for confounding and effect modification while balancing for bias and efficiency.
Detecting and taking decisions on influential observations using Leverage and Cock’s distance.
Using non-parametric model (Kaplan-Meier estimator) for estimating survival functions and hazards, group comparison with log rank test, proportional hazards models for hazards over time.
