Project Management, Monitoring and Documentation • Managed program, technical, strategic behavior change, monitoring & evaluation and documentation teams to ensure that country project and subproject work plan activities are conducted as planned in 16 districts of a USAID funded reproductive health project totaling USD 10 million. • Tracked project’s progress on a regular basis to ensure targets and technical requirements are met and deliverables completed in accordance with donor agreements and project objectives. • Ensured quality and timeliness in reporting, documentation and communication requirements for the project.
Strategic Planning and Business Development • Contribute to strategic planning of the country portfolio as a member of senior management team. • Support project as well as partner NGO staff on strategic planning, review and compliance. • Engaged in Action Plan Canvass exercise to explore business development opportunities in public health for FHI 360 country office.
Technical Advisory and Capacity Building • Provide technical input to health policy dialogue with government, external development partners and NGO partners. • Build capacity of government and civil society to work with hard to reach populations.
