•Source, negotiate and package financing for multiple projects in Mid-Atlantic region and southern United States utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, State and municipal programs.
•Liaise with local Housing Authority resulting in the recovery of over $400,000 in unpaid funds.
•Raised $3.4 million to upgrade a 224-unit historic building and a part of a historic district made up of 439 townhomes increasing energy efficiency, affordability, and decreasing vacancy rates.
•Prepare and deliver oral presentations to Fund Investors describing the extent of the value added through the improvements to the properties.
