•Liaise with local Housing Authority resulting in the recovery of over $400,000 in unpaid funds.
•Raised $3.4 million to upgrade a 224-unit historic building and a part of a historic district made up of 439 townhomes increasing energy efficiency, affordability, and decreasing vacancy rates.
•Prepare and deliver oral presentations to Fund Investors describing the extent of the value added through the improvements to the properties.

•Built and maintained relationships with Federal, State and City agencies, banks, equity investors and private foundations to insure successful project completion.
•Presented at State, Municipal and private conferences.
