Position: Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President, Africa & Administration Manager

Responsibilities: my role entails providing Executive Support to the office of the Senior Vice President for Africa and the Division Management Team by managing the SVPs calendar of events and regional meetings, agenda formulation and circulation, minute taking, and follow up on action points. I also ensure the administration aspect of the Division office run smoothly and efficiently by ensuring policies and procedures are followed in procurement, travel, and accommodation.

2. Oct 2013 to Dec 2015 World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) Website: www.pada.org/africa
Position: Executive Assistant to Director, Africa

Responsibilities: my role at WWF entailed providing Executive Support to the office of the WWF Africa Director, together with the Senior Management Team (SMT). My duties entailed coordinating SMT meetings, minute taking, follow up of action points, coordination of regional meetings, and responding to routine emails from internal and external stakeholders, preparation for travel advances and submission of expense reports, among other duties.

3. Feb 2012 – Mar 2013 Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA)
Position: Office Manager/Operations Associate
Responsibilities: my role at IPA entailed responding the the administrative needs of project teams from ensuring seating space, providing required equipment eg laptops, ensuring supplies in place like stationary; liaison with the office landlord to ensure all utilities in place and premises in perfect condition,
coordination of logistics for local and international staff to the country, among other duties.

Position: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities: my role at AGRA entailed providing Executive Support to the Director of Market Access Program as well as the Senior Leadership Team. My duties involved management of the Director's diary of activities and events, coordination of meetings and regional events, agenda formulation and distribution, travel logistics for the entire leadership among other duties, as well as preparing advance returns of behalf of the Director and the leadership teams.
