Professional Experience: |
Most recently concluded USAID funded Assessment and Strengthening Program as the Deputy Chief of Party at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. The program exceeded all of its assigned performance indicators. Highlights include:
Training of more than 3000 government and development sector employees on areas like Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Financial Management, HRM, Procurement Management, Fiscal Decentralization, Leadership and Cultural Change, The Gender Dimension, Procurement Audit, Forensice Audit.
Additionally the project conducted two research studies and also worked on placement of students as interns with the government and development sector organizations.
More than a 100 local case studies and technical notes were also prepared on pertinent topics.
As a sustainability initiative of the Project, a Center for Governance and Public Management was conceived, and set up at LUMS. The CGPM is currently offering a Minor in Governance and Public Management and aims to offer degree programs in the coming few years.
Prior to that have extensive experinece of Strategic HR Management in the Oil and Gas, Telecom, Technology and FMCG Sector.
Have held local and Regional roles, working with culturally diverse team across geographies.
