Over 3 years experience working with the U.S. Institute of Peace's Center for Gender and Peacebuilding, including researching and authoring publications related to gender and conflict issues and developing and delivering trainings and presentations on gender and peacebuilding for students, military and diplomatic personnel.
Internships and shorter-term assignments include working in Sierra Leone with an NGO to increase access to justice for women and children in rural areas, and representing an asylum applicant fleeing gender based violence in her successful claim in U.S. immigration court.
Additional experience includes advising international clients on the development, construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects around the world.
