Currently managing a Fair Trade and ethical online business 'Change Merchants' in a part-time capacity.

Sept 2013- July 2015 - Mission Australia: business development manager in the strategic growth team, and also as a program development advisor. Achievements included:
- expert within the tendering team that won the organisation the largest amount of Government funding for homelessness awarded to one organisation for 2014-17
- analysed new program and development opportunities in line with strategic goals and organisational capacity
- designed evidence-based programs for homelessness, children and families, and Indigenous clients

Nov 2011 - Sept 2013 - Yfoundations: Program development, HR and Operations manager for the peak body for youth homelessness services. Managed all staff, responsible for business development and growth along strategic lines. Responsible for entire Human Resources function. Acted as General Manager.

May - Oct 2011 - Settlement Services International: Operations Manager for refugee settlement agency. Worked with them during their set up and scale up to develop HR policies, and recruited over 60 staff.

2008 - May 2011 - Tracing Services Coordinator at Australian Red Cross. Managed a team with international missing persons cases. Set up pilot program for provision of services to remote offshore Immigration Detention Centres.
- Provided assistance to New Zealand Red Cross as an international delegate during their Christchurch earthquake response.
- Worked as remote advisor for Myanmar Red Cross to improve their Tracing capacity and capabilities.

2004 - 2008 - Department of Immigration and Citizenship (Australian Government)
Worked mainly in refugee community liaison and refugee grants management. Also assessed community grant applications.
