Extensive program and project management experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. I have handled technology and design projects, as well as large non- technology projects. I have worked meticulously towards improving operational efficiency. I am skilled in Program Management(>4 Years), Project Management(>2 Years), Operations Management, Corporate Reporting, Pilot Implementation, Business Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Planning, Execution Influencing, and new concept selling.
I am currently working with KPMG India(Infrastructure, Government, Healthcare(IGH) Practice) as a Senior Consultant. I have managed teams on sophisticated government technology and implementation projects. I have managed innovation projects to design a technology solution for large scale data collection and analyses to drive the transformation of education in the state. I have worked towards improving the quality of education by developing and maintaining extensive state-level programs like state-level assessments. I have devised strategies and plans to enhance the quality of education through
carefully designed programs for teacher training and improving overall administrative quality of educational institutes.
I worked with Reliance Jio incapacity of Program Manager (School Education Program). I have handled projects worth > 1 Crore and managed a team of 5 people. I was responsible for the design and implementation of the strategy to provide Jio Internet Services to Government Educational institutions. I have successfully designed programs to improve the efficiency of educational institutions and implemented them to achieve desired results.
As a Consultant with Google, I have worked as a researcher in an emerging markets project. I have successfully sold google products and services in schools and worked towards Google’s “next billion online.” I have also designed and managed the development of an application to deploy educational videos to the students.
During my Stint with Avanti Fellows, I have efficiently managed the installation of video-conferencing technology and ensured smooth roll-out (Pilot Project) and carefully devised and managed the mentor-mentee program to provide proper support, guidance and direction from mentors (IIT Chennai, fourth-year students) to their mentees.
I worked with 40K education Foundation, an Australian Organization incapacity of Education Technology Specialist (soon promoted to Technology Project Manager). I managed a pioneering project to create a solution that enables students in rural areas to study in an offline environment using a cheap Android Tablet. I have devised plans and executed them to enable students and teachers to use this technology efficiently to achieve more significant student achievement.
I have taught full time in a classroom for two years as a Teach For India Fellow. I believe my planning and organizing skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, time management skills, critical thinking, and practical approach towards problem solving makes me a strong candidate for this position. In two years of my fellowship, I have improved in all the eight core values of Teach for India, mainly critical thinking, empathy, and a sense of possibility.
