Built collaborative alliances across diverse groups of stakeholders. Published articles in periodicals: “Emergency Management”, “California Hospital Patient Safety Organization”, and “ZeroRisk”, and provided emergency preparedness and response consultant services to the Philippines. Recipient of the first Dept. of Public Health PHAME Award (2011) for outstanding service, dedication and the development and implementation of innovative emergency response programs.
