Affiliations and Achievements: |
• Successful designed and implementation of the first Human and Institutional Capacity Development Project in Africa funded by USAID. This resulted into development of market-oriented agriculture and gender equity. • Contribution to the design of the Rwanda Ministry of Finance Access to Finance strategy which led Government to design policies focusing on finance for growth and jobs and enabling environment for the private sector. • implementing employment and entrepreneurship programs. • I have designed and initiated more than 10 high level conferences and workshops for growing SMES and promoting entrepreneurship in Rwanda and around the world. • Contributed to the creation of a sector working group of the implementation of The Entrepreneurship Development Policy (EDP) Through the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The platform is supporting the private sector entrepreneurs and providing the necessary environment for private sector dynamism, innovation, and risk taking required for a modern, sophisticated, and rapidly growing economy. • USAID Civil Society Strengthening Project (CSSP) supported more than 50 grassroots NGOs to better engage in policy advocacy and support Leave no one behind agenda.
