Expert in managing general operations of international development projects, with special focus on budgeting, grants management, capacity building of grantees, assistance in business plan development of smallholder farmers, providing training in USAID procurement, oversight of human resources, ICT, and logistics of projects in agriculture, education, and coastal city resilience. I have supervised directly up to 10 staff based in different geographic locations. The projects I had the opportunity to collaborate with were financed by USAID mainly, funds varying from USD25million up to USD75million.
