in the project “Comprehensive strengthening of the capacities of the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult education” in Croatia - 1.168.000 Euro; Budget line: IPA 2007-2009, Europeaid/127476/D/SER/HR, Contract: IPA 4.1.3.3.01.01.c01, Capacity building of the national Agency for VET and Adult education in Croatia on two levels - institutional (strategic, functional, organizational and service level, including internal quality assurance mechanisms, and performance level – development of job-related skills, training of agency’s staff for acquiring of general management and soft skills and operational/hard skills on departmental level. Preparation of the Agency in accession period to the EU as a National focal point for transfer of EU common VET/AE initiatives to Croatian national VET/AE practice;
