• Experience of more than 25 years in operations and project management at regional and global level. Leading and managing high performing staff and consultants to achieve organizational objectives.
• Excellent skills with stakeholder management including building capacity and coordinating projects/programs focusing on consumer protection, environment & sustainable development, problems affecting the urban poor and other public concerns such as access to information, product safety, road safety, health and nutrition, data & technology.
• In addition to leading and coordinating my 55 plus members (both government and non-profit organizations) from the Asia Pacific region, I provided delivery of membership services, headed fund raising initiatives, networked and engaged with donors, government agencies, international organizations including UN agencies, supported global advocacy work of the organization and developed programs and trainings in tandem with the organizational strategy and goals of consumer protection and sustainability.

• I am fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa with limited Tamil proficiency.
• I was spokesperson on behalf of my organization in news and talk shows at national and regional media stations on various issues of consumer, standards and sustainability.
• As a program Leader, my training has allowed me to develop and implement multi-phase programs and projects since 2003, supervise and train staff, manage consultants and volunteers and oversee program logistics and delivery in accordance to donor requirements.
• I have represented my organization at UN meetings, presented papers on various topics including concerns of sustainability, standards and consumerism at national, regional and global forums since 1998 till to date.
• I have excellent external stakeholder relations skills, content knowledge and training that will contribute to your organizational objectives
• I have facilitated and conducted trainings on consumer concerns, dispute and redress mechanisms, ISO 26000 as well on issues related to sustainability in Malaysia and ASEAN countries
