My research is in environment and development economics. I use micro-econometrics and sample survey methods to:
--identify policy solutions that ameliorate environmental challenges in developing countries, emphasizing their use on-the-ground;
--estimate temporal and spatial impacts of policies, programs, and investments on improving human well-being.
I lead the design of projects and data-collection tools; raise funds; supervise fieldwork; conduct econometric analysis; manage projects; and publish papers.
I work in South, Central, and South-east Asia.
