Professional Experience: |
Le BAN started his career as a technical supervisor in Veolia Water. He participated in technical and operational works of several wastewater treatment facilities in France, Swiss and China. After two years of pure technical career, Le BAN was mobilized to Veolia’s Paris Headquarters as financial analyst in Mila Batlle’s team of project finance. After four years’ experience in Veolia, Le BAN now is working as an independent consultant for public interest institutions.
Le BAN has worked as team leader / deputy team leader for projects of Asian Development Bank, World Bank and African Development Bank.
In December 2013, he was the first speaker in the Asian Development Bank’s workshop in Shanghai for Regional Link of Shanghai ETS.
