Professional Experience:
For the last five years I worked as Human Resources and Administration Manager for an International NGO based in Geneva, with offices in New-York and Abidjan and presence in Brussels and in London. My work has covered Human Resources Management, Recruitment and payroll, working on compliance with labor/immigration laws, contracts, budget management and administration.

Some of the aspects I am ready to bring in my work are putting people in the center of the work, integrating risk analysis and highlighting/addressing them. Also, I have been trusted to interact with many institutions such as international organizations, official institutions such as Ministries.
