Served as army officer, Irish Defence Forces for 23 years - involved in security operations and humanitarian aid with UN in Middle East.
Founded and developed a logistics company in Ireland which employed 400 people. Installed and developed both the HR strategy and Quality Management System there. Directed the business for 17 years.
Set up consultancy business to support enterprises in Planning, HRM, Strategy, Communications, Conflict Management, Change Management, etc. Provision of all types of training to staff members at all levels. Also provide mentoring services.
Have worked internationally as a consultant in Azerbaijan, Kosovo, Egypt and Moldova where I have been involved with projects concerning VET interventions, HRM systems, Organisational Development and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
I have constructed QMS's in numerous companies in Ireland and Egypt, achieved successful certification in all cases and have provided all ancillary training to the staffs involved.
