With my over 12 years professional experience in Environment and Education fields, I have a unique combination and expertise of policy and operational experience in: bilateral and multilateral negotiations, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders from government, non-government, academia, diplomatic corps, international organizations and business sectors, managing consultations, overseeing compliance of major projects with established polices and delivering beyond expected results.
• Professional experience in environment and education policies, with senior management, organization, leadership and strategic planning responsibilities both at local and international levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of Georgian environmental, education and other regulations, regional and global conventions as well as safeguard policies of international organizations and law-making.
• Comprehensive experience in developing management systems to empower and engage staff members, and to track program and project performance against set benchmarks and targets.
• Strong expertise in policies and programs development and implementation in developing countries, inter alia establishing and running donors coordination mechanism on the basis of strong stakeholder consultations.
