Back home in Iran I worked as a social community facilitator and researcher in field of empowerment of vulnerable women in risky areas of Tehran. |

•Conducting workshops based on empowering and enhancing collective accountability for Afghan women refugees in disaffected neighborhoods in Tehran.
•Managing projects in the field of improving safety of women and contribution for collecting data in related projects by doing participatory observation, field work and holding collaborative workshops for women.
•Implementation of a project about improving safety of women in urban spaces of Tehran.
•Managed the project team including any subcontractors and Undertook all monthly project financial cost reporting.
•Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
•Holding and organizing facilitation, collaborative and training workshops for women and youth groups in field of prevention of sexual harassment and raising awareness about citizenship rights.

I had participation in some relevant and international conferences and I had speech.
I have participated in a conference in Jordan, 2014, “Digital Communication in the Time of Disclosure” and I tried to make a connection between communication, technology and social work as I believe we can use technology to get achievements in social work. They can help us to be more successful about working with vulnerable groups. That shows how I linked my educational background to my work experience as a social facilitator and expanded it.
