Professional Experience:
Organizational Leadership: Three years of experience in Senior leadership equipped me with; leadership skills, building effective teams, decision making, conflict resolution, resource mobilization, donor engagement and managing partnerships.

More than 15 years of Health Systems Strengthening working with key players at Ministry of Health to the grassroot communities.

Master of Public Health:

Graduated in 2018 with a GPA Score of 4.1 out of 5 for the two-years Master’s program at the Uganda Christian university in Kampala, Uganda.

The nature of study included lectures, group work, coursework, placements and the subjects covered included: Foundations of Public Health, Health Care Systems, Statistics, Epidemiology. Research methods for Public Health, Health Promotion for Primary Health Care, Ethics in Public Health, Biostatistics, Health, Poverty and Development, Health Services Management, Environmental Health, Nutrition, Health Policy, Planning & Health Economics, Human Resources for Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Thesis. Thesis Tittle: “Exploring Perceptions on causes and Time to Loss to follow up of HIV Positive Children Less than 12 Years old on Antiretroviral Therapy at Kawolo Hospital”.

Post Graduate Diploma Project Planning & Management:

Completed the one-year program in 2014 with a GPA score of 3.83 out of 5 at Uganda’s most famous management training institute the Uganda Management Institute.

This was a practical course with practical training in concepts taught and required a working experience to relate the studies to the real-world experiences. The subject areas covered included; Management Skills Improvement, Quantitative Methods in Decision making, Management Information Systems, Research Methods & Techniques, The Project and its Environment, Project Cost Management, Project Risk & Disaster Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Planning & Programing, Project Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Quality Management and Managing NGOs.
