I have lead the development and implementation of the PIH Liberia clinical program during the recent Ebola
outbreak.
I have managed and supervised the opening and clinical staff operations of Ebola Treatment Units in Liberia
I have worked closely with the Government of Liberia and the Clinton Health Access Initiative HRH national commitment.
I work closely with national nursing educators and nursing board members to improve quality curriculum bridging education to health care delivery.
I manage and mentor incoming volunteer clinicians throughout the Ebola outbreak and longterm strategy of
Health System Strengthening and improved Global Health Delivery in Liberia.
I am an expert clinical nurse in medical surgical, burn/trauma/surgical critical care, cardiac surgery/heart failure and oncology/bone marrow transplant nursing units.
I have been in charge of complex units and responsible for staff management and assignments, staff adherence of policies and procedures, interdisciplinary care team management, patient advocacy and patient and family education.
I have been the clinical preceptor and mentor for new staff and students.
Responsible for providing complex patient care, including management and treatment of side effects, complications of treatment, administration of blood products, monitoring pain management, ongoing patient and family education, and
encouraging emotional and spiritual support.

Registered Nurse for 10 years I am currently completing my Masters in Nursing at George Washington University in D.C.
I have a background in Political Science focusing on American Legal Systems from Framingham State University in Massachusetts and a Degree in Nursing from Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
I plan to continue on at GW University to seek a Masters degree in International Development.
