• Leads production for communications portfolio, both print and multi-media, including two quarterly newspapers, brochures, success stories, fact sheets, video pieces and other publicity materials, increasing annual production by over 70%
• Coordinates with M&E department to produce materials that articulate program achievements and impact
• Designed communications strategy to guide both internal and external communications, oversees organizational implementation and monitoring of strategy
• Cultivates media engagement, including producing and disseminating press releases, resulting in coverage in 46 print, radio and television outlets over past year, and serves as a donor liaison for public engagements
• Supports program departments and management with drafting and editing for proposal development
