Responsible for impulsing an agenda of equality and non-discrimination in Mexico on the state level, and promoting the creation of concrete legislation. Coordinating management of the top decision-making bodies in CONAPRED. Managing a team of five people.

-Internal Coordinator for Mexico City’s Human Rights Program at Mexico City's Human Rights Commission/Ombudsman
June 2008 - December 2009 (1 year 7 months)
Internal coordinator of a team of 16 experts that created the first Human Rights Program in Mexico City (still in force), a process fostered by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Mexico.

-Consultant at Mexico City’s Human Rights Diagnostic at Mexico City's Human Rights Commission/ Ombudsman
March 2007 - May 2008 (1 year 3 months)
International consultant supporting a diagnostic process for Mexico City’s human rights developed by NGOs, academia, the CDHDF and the executive, legislative, and judicial branches in Mexico City, initiative fostered by the OHCHR in the country. Process recognized as a good international practice by the UN, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and various countries such as Japan, Colombia, and Peru, given the total application of a methodology sponsored by the OHCHR.

-Facilitator of the Evaluation of the First Mexico’s National Program for Human Rights at SEGOB (Mexico’s Secretary of the Interior)
May 2006 - March 2007 (11 months)
International consultant supporting the dialogue among NGOs and government for the evaluation of the first Human Rights Program at the national level. In nine years (2006-to date), this has been the only national level Human Rights program that has undergone a joint civil society-government evaluation.
