Professional Experience:
I have extensive international experience in private sector and in UN.

Having worked for the humanitarian common service (United Nations Humanitarian Air Service, UNHAS, WFP), meeting needs of different humanitarian/development actors, I have strong coordination skill. Lately, I worked for WFP in Kinshasa, DRC as Deputy Chief Air Transport Officer. Prior to DRC, I worked for WFP in Chad, Mauritania (to start up new UNHAS operation in the country), Ethiopia (as Chief Air Transport Officer), Sudan, and South Sudan.

Prior to WFP, I worked for the UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre (Crisis Prevention and Recovery Unit) as a Programme Analyst.

In addition to the operations experience, I have the following management experience/skill which I can contribute:

(1) Management Support
I worked for the United Nations Humanitarian Air Service (UNHAS/WFP) in Kinshasa, DRC as Deputy Chief Air Transport Officer for Management Support. My responsibilities included resource mobilization, donor/external relations, reporting/information management, staff training, unit HR, and administration.

(2) Communication, Information Analysis, Reporting & Management
I have strong analytical skill. While working for WFP, I drafted various weekly/monthly/annual operations briefing, and other ad-hoc reports (Ebola response, CAR refugee response report, etc.). I explored opportunities for additional advocacy on UNHAS operations (such as article for magazine, radio, etc.) and carried out on-going monitoring and evaluation of operations performance and reporting.

While worked for the UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre (Crisis Prevention and Recovery Unit) as a Programme Analyst, I conducted Mid-term Programme Evaluation for “Regional Programme on Capacity Building for Sustainable Recovery and Risk Reduction in Tsunami Affected Countries”. I supported Tsunami affected countries (India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Maldives) and non-Tsunami countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines, and Lao PDR) monitoring and reporting on “Hyogo Framework for Action” progress. I was also responsible for various donor reporting.

(3) Prospecting & Pipeline Management
I have provided resourcing analysis and prepared accurate and timely briefs as well as reporting to donors. I have performed analysis of political and humanitarian situations, identified opportunities, and contributed to the project development. Drafted strategies and project documents.

(4) Partnership Management, Resource Mobilization
I have developed productive relationships with donor/embassies and engaged in the resource mobilization activities. I organized/participated in meetings with donors/partners to provide operation’s update and advocate on funding needs. I have prepared various funding propos
