I have lived and practiced law, including compliance with and enforcement of anti-corruption law, in the Far East, Middle East and Europe, including Eastern Europe and Russia. With regard to international deveopment work, I was a consultant to the Romanian Privatization Ministry as part of a World Bank financed program, and I was a counsel to the EBRD in London.
Over thirty years of international legal, business and investigative experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in all aspects of major international business transactions, and compliance with U.S. and international laws, including anti-corruption laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the British Bribery Act of 2010. He was selected for inclusion on the Thomson Reuters published 2011 New England Super Lawyers list.
