• Responsible for the entire aspects of business that is Human Resources, Environment, Social, Governance, Finance and the whole forest values chain of an annual budget of USD 5million, 42,000ha of forest plantation, 110,000m3 / year of forest products, 200 own workers, 700 contractor workers, 10 contractors and 15 SME millers and 38 communities.
• Developed and penetrated local and export markets for the first forest crop harvested. Where s45,000m3 / year of sawlogs, 40,000m3 poles and pillar logs / year, and secured 1,000,000 trees for resin tapping within 6 months.
• Developed and implemented an outsourcing model for forest operations thereby reducing overheads by 50%, enhancing operational efficiency by 40% and supporting 10 SMEs, including two led by women. This was accompanied by implementation of 100% evidence-based contractor payment system.
