Professional Experience:
I am an experienced freelance translator, and I specialise in development issues, corporate and institutional communications and the social sciences.

I have translated two books on political theory and economics from English into Spanish, as well as millions of words in several language combinations. I have worked for clients including the ICRC, the University of Cambridge, the International Baccalaureate Organization, several Argentinian ministries and large private corporations.

I am also a journalist and have worked for the German news agency dpa for 15 years. As Latin American correspondent, I write my own stories and translate into English those that my colleagues write in Spanish and German. For years, I did the same thing in the opposite direction, going from German and English into Spanish.
