Area of Expertise:
  • Government, Governance, Reforms
Professional Experience:
I focus on institutionalizing social inclusion of disadvantaged and excluded groups, enhancing transparency and improving accountability at community, village and local government levels. I am also passionate about results-based, efficient, effective, transparent and accountable systems. Ensuring that systems work for inclusive human development is what I am interested in. Issues related to PFM and fiscal policy especially as they affect human development and opportunities are of particular interest to me. I am interested in combining these with social sensitivity, analytics and systems analysis and using these in designing and managing innovative projects and operations - particularly those that strengthen social accountability and encourage civic engagement. I am increasingly interested in how disruptive innovation and technology can provide opportunities to change processes to provide better quality services and outputs to improve the lives of people and communities.
