David has an extensive knowledge in healthcare regulation, project management, monitoring and evaluation, healthcare policy development and implementation..He is currently the Senior Programme Manager for the Ethiopian Hospital Management Initiative, a national health systems strengthening programme supporting 135 government hospitals in the 9 Regional States and 2 City Administrations of Ethiopia, serving a total population of approximately 86 million people. Outside work, David has held Directorship/Secretary/Chair positions for a variety of International and regional voluntary organisations, including Redwood Housing Co-op(Oxo Tower Wharf) London, Community Health Action Trust London, London Employment Training College and Light of Hope International.
