Professional Experience:
As Senior Knowledge Management Expert with The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF):
? Contributed to the development of ACBF’s long term strategic vision and the ACBF’s Strategy 2017-2021.
? Contributed to the development and strengthening of ACBF's knowledge generation, sharing and utilization process.
? Built an internal knowledge management program
? Conducted research, and provided inputs on strategic and tactical issues with cross cutting policy and operational implications.
? Led the production and dissemination of major ACBF knowledge products (Flagship publications; Commissioned reports; Case studies; Occasional Papers; Policy Briefs; Development Memoirs and other publications).
? Contributed to enhancing African Statistical System in partnership with main development partners (AUC; UNECA; AfDB; Expertise France). This included among other, the preparation of the revised Strategy for the Harmonization of Statistics in Africa -SHaSA 2-; its popularization and domestication process in Member States and Regional Economic Communities.
? Led data collection across 46 countries, processing and building capacity indicators; Conducted training of in-country data experts on the Flagship’s annual themes.
? Coordination of networks (Think Tanks; AfCoP; Strategic Studies Group);
? Contributed to the strengthening of partnership between ACBF and various international and continental organizations including AfDB; AUC, UNECA; AUDA-NEPAD; IDEA, OECD-dev, UNESCO, IsDB. WBI, EIU.

Provided hands-on technical support (Training needs assessment to support women entrepreneurs; Survey on Empowering Women in Agriculture in selected African countries; Strengthening of ACBF-supported think tanks towards the conduct of Country Policy Institutional Assessment (CPIA) annual country self-assessment; Partnered with AUC (DSA)-ACBF-ILO team to develop the programme-planning and implementation on AU-ILO decent work for the transformation of the informal economy in Africa (2020-2024).

• Coordination of the missions and objectives of the Fund and mobilization of resources.

A Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM from Washington DC), I have extensive expertise in the areas of Knowledge Management, Economic Analysis, Statistics, Capacity Development, Education (former professor), with a versatile academic background – PhD & Master’s Degree in Economics, Master’s Degree & Engineer in Statistics.
I have accumulated more than 35 years of experience, with more than nine (09) years in managerial positions.

My past experience included extensive work in partnership with major development partners (AUC; UNECA; AfDB; World Bank; OECD-dev; IDEA; IsDB; BADEA). Prior to leaving Cameroon to join the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) in 2007, I was professor and lectured and conducted/supervised research at Universities and High professional Training Institutions (Cameroon, France and Central African Republic).

I possess diplomatic skills to function in multicultural environments (All my carrier since 1980 has been within international institutions), and I have experience in 35 African countries, 07 European countries, as well as Canada and USA
