• I am empanelled with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) to mediate disputes between corporations and/or individuals. I have been given considerable freedom to help disputants resolve conflicts, while still following normal mediation procedures.
• My experience as the Head of the English Department at Inti College and Assistant Programming Manager at UCSI English Academy (both schools in Kuala Lumpur) helped me to develop the multi-tasking, organizational and managerial skills necessary to effectively delegate tasks, interact with many different departments and address the needs of the staff and students on a daily basis.
