I do posses practical knowledge obtained from experience in teaching and also conducting programme and project reviews, monitoring and evaluation and research on policy making in health workforce a study done in Ghana I posses knowledge of health service provision at district/regional level especially in decentralized health systems. I have also reviewed the adolescent reproductive project under AMREF Netherlands, Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia) I reviewed DANIDA support to health research in Uganda and in Tanzania , as well as national/sector programmes for Malawi, Ghana, Sierra Leonne, a testament to having experience working in Sub---Saharan Africa. I have not only reviewed maternal and child health programmes but also carried research on human resources for health in these areas including on maternal neonatal and child health, malaria, health work force, PMTC, health information in particular electronic data systems in Malawi on HIV/ART monitoring , management HIV and AIDS.
