I worked as a free-lance consultant and carried out during 10 years over 40 assignments in over a dozen countries and organizations, often as a team leader. I am currently a Chief of Party for a 3 years DFID-funded resilience creation/climate change adaptation project in Niger and Mali, served as a Chief of Party for a USAID-funded rural, multi-sectoral project in Niger (2010-2012) and 11 years (1999-2010) as country or regional representative (Rwanda, Great Horn of Africa) for the USAID-funded Early Warning System Network project.

I am a PhD in Public Administration (Professional, from Century University, USA), an MBA (agribusiness, with focus on sustainable development, with University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada) and a MSc Masters in Agricultural Economics (Université Laval, Quebec, Canada). I also took short term courses with Cornell University (management), Dusquesnes University (Executive HR Management, Training Needs Assessment) and Harvard (Food policy). I also have a PMPro certificate in Project Management.
