Worked in the Development sector for the past 24 years. This has given a broad and in-depth knowledge and experience of working at the grass root level to the Senior Management level. Well versed in program management cycle in both the relief and long term development programs with hands on experience doing the same. Have been in the leadership level for the past 11 years. Good at developing Country Strategy and road map to achieve the strategy. Designed change management for the organization and have pioneered start-up of NGOs in new country. Have been part of International Relief response teams and able to adapt to changing situation both within the organization and personal life. Firmly believe that change is only factor that is constant and willing to serve in the most needy regions of the world. Have led multi-million projects and have the satisfaction of bringing positive changes in the life's of people and community. Well versed in Sphere standards and have also contributed to the revision of this book twice. Have worked in India, Nepal, Taiwan and Cambodia. My passion is to bring relief and development to people and communities in need.
